Support for Bank Offered Consent

We are pleased to announce support for the Bank Offered Consent model as specified by the Berlin Group. This means that it is no longer required to provide the PSU's account number in the AIS and PIS requests.
Also included is a bug-fix for the get transactions endpoint which sometimes prevented access to the complete transaction history.
The restriction to allow the full transaction history only on the first request with a consent was also relaxed slightly; the full transaction history is now always available on the first transaction history request with a given consent.
The debtorName is now also provided in the payment details endpoint.
