New: Confirmation of Funds API

The documentation has been updated according to the NextGenPSD2 XS2A Framework Implementation Guidelines Extended Services Confirmation of Funds Consent Version 2.0, which describes the consent implementation for confirmation of funds and also enables the use of the confirmation of funds endpoint.

A new Confirmation of Funds guide is also available.

The new endpoints will be available on the API within the next three weeks.
